By accessing or using services provided under the Ohana Commons project (including ohana.pub, ohana.chat, and related community-run services), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You may not use Ohana Commons services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activity. Communities participating in Ohana Commons are grounded in trust, respect, and mutual care.

Community-Run Services

Ohana Commons provides shared infrastructure and frameworks. Services may be operated by volunteers or participating communities. Availability, features, and continuity may change over time.

No Guarantees

Services are provided on an as-is basis. While we aim to build reliable and resilient systems, we make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or long-term continuity.
